AppReclaim strives to substantially conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone. Where known gaps exist (see §4), we work to close them and provide accessible alternatives in the meantime.

- No content that relies solely on color to convey meaning

3. Assistive Technology Compatibility
AppReclaim is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies and tested against recent versions:
- Screen readers: NVDA (Windows), JAWS (Windows), VoiceOver (macOS / iOS), TalkBack (Android)
- Browsers tested: latest two stable releases of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari
- Screen magnification software
- Speech recognition software
- Keyboard-only navigation
- Browser zoom and text-only zoom
4. Known Limitations
- Data Visualizations: Complex charts and graphs may have limited screen reader support. We provide data tables and CSV exports as alternatives where possible.
- PDF Reports: Generated PDF reports are created with accessibility in mind but may vary in screen reader compatibility. CSV exports are available as an alternative.
- Third-Party Integrations: OAuth authentication flows for Microsoft and Google are controlled by those providers and may have varying accessibility.
- Real-Time Features: Some real-time dashboard updates may not be immediately announced to screen readers.

A Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) / Accessibility Conformance Report is available on request at accessibility@appreclaim.com. We can also provide:
- Screen reader-friendly versions of documents
- Data exports in accessible formats (CSV, plain text)
- Assistance navigating the platform via phone or video call

AppReclaim may link to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the accessibility of external content, but we select partners with accessibility in mind.
